Unlike any other independent agency in town our agency was completely started from scratch in 1999. The owners, Darrell Elium and Angela Pipes, have a very unique insurance company background that has served to elevate our agency rapidly in the Rowan County marketplace. We are not a typical independent insurance agency. Our combined insurance company and agency background include over seventy seven years of experience helping clients with various lines of insurance, including auto, home, life, and business insurance. On our staff we have two CPCU’s (Charter Property and Casualty Underwriters) and two CIC’s (Certified Insurance Counselors).

We take our unique insurance company background experience, blend it with diverse and multiple insurance company representation and use that to develop personal and business insurance programs to meet our customer’s coverage needs and budgets. We have an annual Customer Appreciation Day event that really sets us apart and allows us to build long term relationships with our clients.
